Reactivate a tracker that used to be active on your account.

• Please allow between 5 and 60 minutes for reactivated trackers to become active on the mobile network.
• Reactivation will be pro rata billed into on your billing period.
• 3G trackers cannot be reactivated. The 3G mobile networks in Australia have been permanently shut down by the telcos. Upgrade a legacy 3G tracker.

Deactivate a tracker that is currently active on your account.

• Deactivated trackers and their associated vehicle record will be removed from your account immediately.
• A deactivated 4G hardware tracker can be reactivated again in the future at any time.
• Your Hardware Tracking licences will be scheduled to be reduced at the end of your current billing period.
• Due to fixed costs associated with providing your hardware tracking subscription we cannot issue a refund for deactivated hardware trackers mid billing period, per our Terms and Conditions.
