The Journey report lists all the journeys your vehicles and people sharing their location have made from A to Z. Journeys can be flagged as business or private manually along with a note describing the purpose of the journey.

Journeys are automatically classified as business or private based on your Rosters, Reservations and Zones. If a journey is classified differently based on your Rosters, Reservations or Zones the classification will be set to the last match. You can change the order of precedence for classification by Rosters, Reservations and Zones in your account settings.

• You can set the default classification of your journeys as Business or Private in your account's Application Settings.
• A journey can be manually classified as Business or Private. If it has not been manually classified the below criteria will be applied.
• The journey's start and stop location is checked to see if it falls within any of your existing zones. If those zones are marked as Business or Private the journey is classified as follows...

• For Business hours dependent, the journey will be marked as below:
  • Business if the journey falls within an active roster (for the driver) or reservation (for the vehicle).
  • Otherwise, the Default classification of your journeys set in your account options will be applied.

View recorded stops, their locations and duration for the selected vehicles and dates.

The Journeys and Stops report tallies up the individual journeys shown in the 'Journey Report'. The totals are calculated from the date range selected.

For hardware trackers, the Engine On/Off report shows the times that the vehicle's engine has turned on and off along with the locations and duration of the event.

The Toll Report lists the national toll points your vehicles have passed through, along with the cost and totals for the selected duration.

The Time in Zones report outlines the time periods your vehicles have spent inside the zones you have setup on your account.

The Engine Idle report identifies periods when your vehicle's engine was running but the vehicle was not traveling. This helps identify excessive idling which can waste fuel and increase wear on the engine. Idle periods are detected by finding times when the engine was on but no journey was recorded.

The Tax Logbook Report automatically breaks down the percentage of business and private driving your vehicle has made, ready to be supplied to your accountant.

View the raw GPS data points and information that your tracker has transmitted to our servers. We derive the values in the other reports from this data.

Perform a stocktake of your vehicles based on the zones they are currently located in.

The Refueling Report utilises the refueling data you have entered for your vehicles to calculate your average L/100km. This report can be used to identify if multiple vehicles are being refueled with your company fuel card or to simply monitor average fuel consumption trends. In calculating the fuel consumption, it is assumed that the tank is filled completely on each refuel.

The Maintenance report checks your vehicle odometers and reports on vehicles that are approaching or have exceeded their periodic maintenance window. The report will show your vehicles that are within 20% of their next service interval or have passed their service interval by 10%.

Fleet maintenance shows saved service plans, overdue amounts and vehicles without a plan. Set plans and record completed work in the vehicle editor’s Maintenance tab. The most urgent service determines each vehicle’s summary status. Meter results use the latest recorded readings; check their age before arranging work.

The heatmap shows the density of recorded GPS points for the selected vehicles and period. Colours indicate point density, not time spent. The table ranks grid cells by GPS point count and shows the number of distinct vehicles in each cell. Choose a grid size in Report options. Cells with fewer than 10 points appear on the heatmap but are excluded from the table rankings and percentages. Select View to zoom to a hotspot.

The Rosters report lists rostered working times for your workers within the selected date range. Use the person selector to focus the report on a specific person or run for all.

The Reservations report lists vehicle reservations within the selected date range. Use the selector to choose a specific vehicle/device or select a person to view reservations reserved for them. You can also run the report for All devices.

For hardware trackers, the Inputs report shows the duration that external devices connected to your tracker have been active for. With positive sensing, an input is active while a signal greater than 9 Volts is present on the corresponding input wire. On supported trackers, Input 1 can instead use negative sensing, where it is active while connected to ground. This is useful for recording the usage of external devices like fuel pumps, lights, alarms and similar.

For hardware trackers, the Utilisation report inspects the duration of events generated by your vehicles and classifies them based on whether or not they meet your benchmark duration criteria.
This can be very useful for monitoring events such as for example, a tow truck's tilt tray operating time (via an input) or engine on/off times for machinery. If you need to ensure your drivers meet a certain benchmark simply set your report's options and you can see how frequently your drivers are hitting the mark!

The Driver History report allows you to see which of your drivers have been driving your vehicles and for how long. Logins that occurred during the chosen time period and existing logged in drivers are shown. Drivers can be logged into a vehicle via the Drivers or Vehicles page, in the TMR app or when a driver ID keyfob is used in the vehicle with a hardware tracker.

The Alert History report shows you all the alerts that have been raised for your account and the extended data associated with the alert such as who was driving the vehicle and the journey the vehicle was on when the alert occurred if applicable.

Perform a diagnostic self check on your Track My Ride system. This self check looks for common issues that can be caused by incorrect installation, low power, power supply interruptions, lack of GPS signal and other common faults that can reduce the accuracy and functionality of your Track My Ride system. If a fault is found a summary and potential resolution will be shown in the status notes.

Reports can be scheduled to be sent to your email automatically. To schedule a report simply find the report you wish to receive periodically and press the 'Schedule' button to create your new scheduled report.

API keys provide one click login to Track My Ride and allow you to interact with your Track My Ride account programmatically. Any action you perform through the Track My Ride user interface can be accessed via our API using your unique API keys. This allows you to incorporate Track My Ride's data and analytics into your own application or website.
